Arturo, also known as Art de las Fuentes, is a singer, songwriter, producer, video director, actor and music supervisor from Saltillo Coahuila, based in New York City. He is a regular at several venues in Manhattan as the lead singer of "THEKOIWAY", the 12 piece world music band “Sangha Tierra” and with his solo project in different formats.

His new solo album "Bye to Yesterday" is available on all platforms. It includes tracks recorded at the legendary Power Station Studios in Hell's Kitchen, the heart of Manhattan, where the most important artists in music history have recorded, such as Madonna,  Bob Dylan, Paul McArtney, Freddie Mercury, Bruce Springsteen and Sting, just to name a few.

As a songwriter and producer (Music and Video) he has participated in more than 80 different projects in the US and Latin America from new independent artists to Major Label and Grammy Nominated artists, including: Nicole Z, Benny B, Reaktive, Playa Limbo, Savas, Christian Chavez, Nicole Z, Benny B, Diego Amoz, Daniel Habif, Sandra Echeverría, Meli G, Jass Reyes, María Bernal, Haydar, Jessica Díaz, Juanjo Herrera, Antrax, Lulu99, Diago, Doménica, Rossell, Geru, Marcy Grace, Camila Fernandez, etc.

He has also participated in productions for some of the worlds leading academic institutions like NYU, BerkleeNYC and SAE Institute, where he was also a Music Business professor. 

In 2023 he teamed up with Reaktive, SAVAS (DJ’s and Producers) and the Tribal Trap Label to release a version of “Seven Nation Army" surpassing 750,000 streams on Spotify.

After being the first Mexican artist to be a finalist in the Gibraltar International Song Festival, he has not only been frontman of different bands (Nebulas, Cafeina, Less Fingers) but has also been performing in multiple venues around the world with his solo acoustic concert format.

He is also the first Mexican artist to graduate from BerkleeNYC's Songwriting and Production Master’s program after he was part of the second generation of TC SACM under the direction of Mónica Vélez.

His songs have been used for TV, Advertising and Feature Films. In 2016 he was part of the soundtrack “Pura Sangre” and most recently had several tracks in the movie “La Laguna Rosa” that has won more than 30 International Film Festivals around the world where he also played a role as an actor.

Arturo has lived in 7 different countries: The Netherlands, Spain, Italy, U.S.A., Canada, Mexico and China. This last one is where he decided to return to produce and film the Music Video for his single “Barely Legal” in Shanghai.

He is a co-writer of “Sale el Sol” that was the main theme of Imagen TV's open national broadcast morning show that won all major TV awards in LATAM. Arturo was also the music supervisor of the show with more than 50 tracks on screen and hosted the segment “Despertando Talento”.

“Life is Short” was the main theme of the “Short Shorts Film Festival” playing in movie theaters across the country and won best production values at the Pantalla de Cristal Film Festival.

Arturo was also the Music Supervisor for MINISO in Latin America having his catalogue played continuously for several years in thousands of stores from Mexico to Chile.

The Ministry of Labour in Mexico used his song “Nos Vemos” for their alphabetization campaign launched by IMJUVE (The Mexican Institute of Youth). As with most of the projects he is involved in, he was the Video Producer as well.

Nebulas is the song that gave name to his Independent Record Label, Publishing and Production Company NEBULAS Music. As the CEO he has devoted his life to develop new talent. 

In April 2024 he launched "HELLO MOON", the first MPop girl band in the world under his new management company Ledón Art & Talent.

Currently Arturo is producing a new album in Bandera Texas at Red Fox Recording in collaboration with Josh Datánt and Kenny Lane Schwartz that will be released in 2026.
